shipping policies and procedures. By placing an order with us, you accept the policies outlined below.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Standard Shipping: $7.99 per order
• Expedited Shipping: $14.99 per order
• Free Shipping: Available on bulk orders over $250

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

• Transit Time: Orders generally arrive within 5–15 days, depending on the selected shipping method and availability.
  Please note that during holidays or unforeseen delays, delivery times may extend.
  
• Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be
  processed the next business day.

Delivery Terms

We utilize a variety of shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Change of Address

• Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
  
• To request a change before shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at                        hello@perfectwaterbottle.com.

Cancellations

• If you change your mind after placing your order, cancellations can be
         processed before the order has been dispatched.
  
• For orders already dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for assistance.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

• If a parcel arrives damaged, we recommend rejecting the delivery from the courier and contacting
  our customer service team immediately.
• If you receive a damaged parcel while you are not present, please contact our team for the next steps.
